Terms and Conditions
Phone call confirmation: Unless otherwise stated, I will not call to confirm appointments. If you need to change or reschedule your appointment time, it is your responsibility to contact the office and do so.
Cancellation policy: Cancellation of a scheduled appointment with less than 24 hours notice will be billed at 50 percent of the agreed-upon rate or time scheduled.
Travel rates: Travel greater than 40 minutes in either direction will be billed at 50 percent (2 hours) of the agreed-upon rate.
Confidentiality: The protection of your privacy is important to us. Rest assured that the personal information you provide us with will not be disclosed to any second or third parties and will be used solely for the purpose of bringing you the best service possible!
Sessions: There is a 2 hour minimum for each onsite session unless otherwise noted
Payments: Hourly session payments are due in full at the end of each session. Package rates are due in full before the first on-site organizing session.
